eFun does not guarantee CDK functionality if:

The key has been redeemed.

The game publisher invalidates the key.

The key was purchased from unauthorized third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use fraudulent payment methods.

Resell CDKs in violation of publisher policies.

Exploit errors in pricing or listings.

Reverse-engineer or misuse the Website.
6. Limitation of Liability

eFun is not liable for:

CDK issues caused by game publishers.

Unauthorized key resales.

Indirect damages (e.g., lost gameplay time).

Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the CDK.
