Efun Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rules

All sales of digital CD Keys (CDKs) on Efun are final by default. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to check system/region requirements

  • Partial use of a CDK bundle

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

Exceptions may be made in these cases only:

  • Defective Keys: If your CDK fails to activate and we cannot provide a working replacement

  • Undelivered Keys: If you don't receive your CDK within 24 hours of purchase

  • Wrong Product: If we accidentally send an incorrect CDK

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support at [support@etss.cc] within 7 days of purchase

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Screenshot of the activation error (if applicable)

  3. Allow 3-5 business days for investigation

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be given for:

  • CDKs that have been revealed or redeemed

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

  • Bans or restrictions imposed by game publishers

  • Keys purchased more than 30 days ago

5. Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

  • We reserve the right to offer store credit instead of cash refunds
